NOTE FOR RETURNS:
To ensure maximum service, returns are only sent to our returns center in Germany. Please do not return the goods without first notifying us by email so that we can ensure that your return is correctly received and allocated. We will therefore be happy to send you the German return address by email.

A NOTICE:
Please send the goods back to us in as clean and well-maintained a condition as possible and with all utensils in the original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase. Please note that the return process can take up to 14 days after receipt.
